Right now, it is not currently possible to cancel a meeting once it has been started. The disadvantage to this is if the client doesn't show up, which means you can't cancel before the meeting, there is no way to accurately reflect this in the system. This means any post-event notifications that are sent are incorrect. Can you please make it possible to cancel an event after it has started?

The current feature for creating adhoc meetings is awesome.... But my helpdesk software doesn't format the HTML well. I'd love to see a plain text version of this feature.

Currently, the booking calendar just shows the next available days. We can see our clients making mistakes with this design. It doesn't feel like a true monthly calendar. For example, it would be good if we could choose to show a true month or week view. Attached is an example of a month view.

It would be great to send an automated reminder to a client when their coupon is close to expiring. For example, if they have 12 months to use the coupon, we may choose to send them a reminder at the 6-month and 9-month mark.

This would be a powerful feature to address various business issues... Mine: I have virtual appointments, as well as in-person. When I'm traveling, I want to disallow bookings of my in-person services. Any service business: I'm short staffed several sporadic days over the next 6 weeks, so I don't want to accept any appointments for Service X on those particular days (even though I have staff that can do Service X)

Some of our services require additional information but we don't ask it in the form because there are more questions that don't need that information. It would be great if we could ask different questions for different services.

Currently, when you use the embed, it includes the company logo. So you have to upload a blank image to remove it. But then it removes the logo from Emails. I'd like to have the option to be able to exclude the company logo on the embedding so branding can remain on the emails etc.
