That displays in calendars and confirmation emails
Some of our bookings can be for longer hours but for the user, they need to select it in minutes (for example 210 minutes) but 2.5 hours looks much cleaner and a lot clearer. If this wasn't an option, perhaps drag drop on a calendar style view would be easier and allow them to book for the duration they need which would be after selecting a day.
Create a categories option in the list of services, meaning the booking widget needs to have an option to have categories before it displays the list of services.
Some customers don't want to provide the option to say no to for example Terms & Conditions. The only option available in Forms right now is Yes/No. We currently don’t have conditioning for YES or No questions. When the customer clicks the “no” option it still continues to the next step. Is there a way we can add a prompt to say the patient must agree to all the t&c for the practitioner to deliver the service? or have the option to remove "NO" in the Yes/No Field.
Medical professionals need to be able to refer to the recorded video consult for review purposes, store sensitive information for certain periods of time-related to legalities or protection against malpractice.
Right now, it is not currently possible to cancel a meeting once it has been started. The disadvantage to this is if the client doesn't show up, which means you can't cancel before the meeting, there is no way to accurately reflect this in the system. This means any post-event notifications that are sent are incorrect. Can you please make it possible to cancel an event after it has started?
It would be great if we could search through the list of coupons by name.
Currently, the booking calendar just shows the next available days. We can see our clients making mistakes with this design. It doesn't feel like a true monthly calendar. For example, it would be good if we could choose to show a true month or week view. Attached is an example of a month view.
Some of our services require additional information but we don't ask it in the form because there are more questions that don't need that information. It would be great if we could ask different questions for different services.
Currently, when you use the embed, it includes the company logo. So you have to upload a blank image to remove it. But then it removes the logo from Emails. I'd like to have the option to be able to exclude the company logo on the embedding so branding can remain on the emails etc.
